FIELDWORKS: Floating a Public Food Forest

In this film, environmental artist Mary Mattingly creates Swale, a floating food forest set on a reclaimed barge, which invites the public to cultivate fresh food as it travels through NYC harbors, acting as a setting for conversations about food and water as a human right.
