ASK App

Brooklyn Museum

branded & institutional storytelling, 4 min, 2020

Rava Films recognizes that as audience members and viewers, we are constantly growing and challenging the media around us. In an attempt to encourage museum goers to voice their questions and interact with the art in the museum, the Brooklyn Museum developed ASK, an award-winning text-based app that allows visitors to ask questions and directly interact with Brooklyn Museum art historians and specialists at the user’s behest around questions about the art in the museum. Little did we know when filming this how integral this technology would be once the Brooklyn Museum reopened with COVID-19 social distancing guidelines in place. We are always excited to facilitate interaction and connectivity to art and between people especially now.
